| | ‘Change Management’ is a one-day seminar designed for those managers in charge of transformation projects at organizational or technological innovation levels. The focus of the course is on understanding the elements related to changing an organization and the process necessary to make change happen. The seminar will allow you to improve your capabilities in term of planning and implementation of change, as well as its integration within the strategy of your organization.
