3) Forecast Pro product training:

This half day training will show clients how to use Forecast Pro application. The training focus on developing forecasts, analyze different methods and reporting the results.

4) Forecast modeling advice:

We sit down with our clients to develop their first forecasting models. We devote the equivalent of half day, at the client's site or remotely from our offices, to help them during the first steps of the process such as clean the data, model selection, etc.

5) E-mail assistance:

For the first month, clients are entitle of e-mail based support service, in which issues related to forecast modeling can be discussed with us.
